Nazis—No Eyewitnesses in the Family – 

When conducting private research, photos that prove guilt are generally not found in Germany. But even if you do have a photo, you have to do a lot of convincing within the family that family members were involved in war crimes. They were murderers. Every family is different, but many families exhibit similar behavior in this regard. You have to help others navigate the internal struggle they face in this matter. But you also have to present a great deal of research that makes it possible to articulate these facts, so that a process of acknowledging the facts can even begin and an ethical question can be raised.
